Schwalbe
Bite Back At The Road

Schwalbe was always a great brand to work on especially from a retouchers point of view. Most of the time we'd have free-reign as they were always open to exciting creative ideas, which meant that I'd often be asked to get my teeth into a new challenge. Some really great ad campaigns came off the back of their relaxed and sometimes daring attitude.

This particular project landed in my lap in the form of a quick 2 image comp of a snake and a wheel.

I shot various pieces of torn inner tube and the actual Schwalbe tyre turned inside-out to piece together this shedding snake skin look, as well as carefully doctoring a Shutterstock image of the cobra to fit the shape of the wheel.
