Ice Bar

​Coors Light wanted to engage and drive trial with a younger audience who seek out brands that provided immersive experiences they could share with friends. Research showed that once people tried Coors Light they liked it and were highly likely to keep drinking it. So we created a shareable experience that would give them that opportunity to try.

 

The ‘World’s Most Refreshing Beer’ was brought to life in a Coors Light branded pop-up Ice Bar in London and Manchester featuring a very intimate gig by the amazing drum and bass band Rudimental, before transferring the experience to a real-world snow and ice experience in Austria.

My part initially was to come up with some rough scamps of how the interior & exterior of the Ice Bar could look, which gradually got honed down through my mac visuals.

​

I was also asked to create the backgrounds for the Coors Cocktail menus, resembling bottles, fruit and cocktail glassed trapped in a thick sheet of ice as well as other frosty pieces of printed comm's.

 

Ice Bar is a great example of a really deep, engaging experience that delivers 100% on the brand proposition.
