Who wouldn't love the winning combo of pizza and Star Wars?...
Oh yeah, Star Wars!

My first visual looked too much like light sabres from the movies, so a few adjustments needed to be made to turn them into something that could be a generic space tool or even a ship.

​

The sound effect that played as the button was held down had to be changed from the classic light sabre swoosh to a space ship engine bursting into hyper drive.

With the addition of wing like finger guards and a more oblong cross section, it was good to go. (as seen in my press ad visual, below)

There were 2 editions of pizza cutter, a black 'standard' and a silver 'deluxe' version with laser guide and sound effects. customers could choose which they wanted by the amount of on-pack promotional codes they had collected.
