Bakers
As good as it looks

Born from the question, wouldn’t it be nice if dog food looked & smelt much better than it does at the moment.

We helped to launch Bakers’ first wet food product into the market, As Good As It Looks. The aim of the campaign was to drive awareness & trial of the new Bakers wet product. We created a multi-channel promotional campaign that included on-pack, digital and in-store.

My role was to create the through the line campaign ads and OOH media that showed just how irresistible our furry family members found this new product.

The ATL campaign visual (top) with the dogs shining spot lights on the product, started with a photo shoot of the scaffold structure, backdrop and various angles of the canine stars.

​

Myself and another colleague split the workload to start with, he cleaned up and positioned the scaffolding whilst I concentrated on the product, lighting and dogs.

​

I consider myself quite the novice Cinema 4D user, but I had learnt enough to sculpt, position and light a simple branded dog bowl. The angle of which was purposely exaggerated to showcase the actual food which had been pinched from a supplied asset.

​

Responsible for:

Clipping, Composition, Visualisation, Retouching, Consistency, Brand compliance, Type setting, Creation of Baker food bowl in Cinema 4D, Artwork, Asset supply and role out for print and digital.
